This is an example of a short and simple to create video to help your customers and market yourself. 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment has videos for common treadmill problems: tension, tracking, debris buildup, and no power. If your customers often have common questions or problems with your products or services, a quick video on your website can help them a great deal and cut down the number of calls you receive…and it is very convenient for them.

My only real complaint is that this video is too long – 6 minutes and 26 seconds. This is a good recruiting video.

The video is focused on relocating people into the town…right at the beginning the video talks about how great Cleveland is to live and work. Unfortunately, it is not until almost 2 minutes into the video before any benefits begin to be given for working at this employer. Why should I work for you?

Claire Prager of the Cheesecake Factory describes the making of this $30,000, four-minute video developed and produced in two months last year as “pretty painless”. I call that price tag painful…how about you?

This is a social issues themed film for Dove’s Campaign for Real Beauty. “Evolution” is the winner of two Grand Prix Cannes Advertising Awards. I found it when I searched for viral videos.

About this blog

A blog written by a Minnesota Recruiter and Video Producer about marketing, social media, online video production, recruiting, and some about what I'm doing in life. Professionally, I am very interested in online videos for businesses marketing their products & services, and videos for recruiting for their open positions.
