Looking into the World of Online Videos for Marketing & Recruiting…and other stuff.
This is a short, 2-minute video that give a nice peek into the company. It was difficult to hear as the background music track was too loud. They put new applicants at ease by saying and hinting that their on-boarding is very good…that on your first day and onward you are taken care of. They show a range of people…and shows diversity.
This is the kind of short and sweet video that engages potential applicants. This company now has a face and personality…as opposed to Continental Realty’s competitors who are also looking for top talent.
The video could have used a call to action…apply now at www dot whatever. Also, it is important to have a web address, email, phone number, etc. in the video because what if someone wanted to apply but found the video through a search on YouTube like me. I would have to search the internet for their web address if I wanted to apply.
