Actually, this 4 minute 28 second video is more of a branding video with a recruiting slant…not that there is any need to give it a category. It is a very nice video with Jenny Pruitt, the President of the company, and some of her clients speaking about the how the company started, what makes them great, its culture and values, etc. There was also some great bits about their social responsibility.

I found the interviews with their clients about what makes a great agent and what them a great reality company was very interesting. This is an original move that I have not seen yet, but I found it to be very powerful. Do you have clients that could tell the story of what makes a good person to work with at your company?
