This is a 7 minute and 30 second video that should have been two separate videos. This video may likely get rid of applicants that aren’t willing to work 12 hour days as a manager. If this is the kind of candidate you want, it is clever and wise to include this so you get the kind of candidates you want. It also reduces turnover…because now they know ahead of time.

This short video (under 2 minutes) shows one way restaurants can also get into online video. This video pretty much shows the front outside, the inside, the bar, and a few dishes they are probably known for. During the video it mentions their good Zagats Survey rating.

Gregg said he would do a testimonial for Clint, but Clint didn’t expect to get a video. This is the client taking initiative and sending a video testimonial. The quality is not bad…a lapel microphone would have given better sound, but an overall excellent video testimonial.

This 50 second spot will not get people to remember the employer’s name, nor make them want to apply. Through most of it I was wondering if the ad was misplaced…didn’t know what was being recruited for or what company. It ended with phrase “Enjoy Your Work”, but only the last person said they loved their job. The rest, which I assume were employees, like just about everything else.

It’s a short 1 minute and 20 second video showing the shop and speaking with the owner. You get to meet him and hear a little from him. Also very smart was to show the shop mascot – Rasta – their dog. He says how long they have been there and where they are located…and an overview of what they can do for you. They opened and closed with their sign, which has their phone number.
