This is a 1 minute 17 second video focused on diversity at Merck.  Diversity is seen globally and implemented by Merck’s Global Constituency Groups.  This is kind of an overview and mission video.  You also see a lot of diverse people working at Merck in the video.

I think it would have been more powerful to add a couple comments/interviews by some of the people you see in the video and their take on diversity at Merck.  It just does not seem to mean much coming from the Chief Diversity Officer and VP.  They are so high up…what does the people in the field think of the diversity?  These days…there is an inherent mistrust in what executives of a company tell you.
