Middle Path Acupuncture Marketing & Testimonial Video

In: Marketing Videos Critique

This is a little over 8 minutes long…way too long. This was both an “about us” video and several video testimonials. I would have split this up to at least 3 separate videos.

He introduces himself and his clinic, the types of services he offers, and a tour of the office. This could have been its own video (2 minutes and 50 seconds). The rest of the video are testimonials. He should have coached them a little…only that they should mention if the treatments hurt or not. A lot of people wonder if acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, etc. hurts. Some hate needles (like me)…and that is my primary concern and deterrent from considering acupuncture.

Other than that…the testimonials are great. They let you see the trust his patients have in him…they found him professional…they really like him. You get to hear from people that acupuncture and his other treatments really worked to help them. This is a good video, but instead of the closing screen being all about the production company…it should have had the clinics phone number, email, website address, etc.  I don’t remember seeing contact info…how do I get a hold of him if I wanted to use his services?  Don’t make your potential clients work to find you.
