I have been looking at a lot of companies’ twitter accounts that are focused on their recruiting (usually the twitter account includes the words “careers” or “jobs”). It has been interesting trying to determine what companies are doing the best…according to the available public data I could find.
I am pretty active on Facebook. I have a lot of friends focused primarily around on my interests…the major interest in my personal life being nondual philosophy (as in Zen, Advaita, Taoism, Jnana Yoga, etc.). I have a bit over 1,000 Facebook friends. Recently, I have had to ‘unfriend’ several people because of their blatant spam.

Employee Referral Programs Going Social
22 Jun 2010This morning’s ERE article was in perfect timing with my research. I have been looking into JobVite and SelectMinds for making the employee referral program social. I recently demo-ed SelectMinds and JobVite.
