This 2 minute 11 second recruiting video is quite good. It is focused on millenials…for entry level (starting your career). They speak only to this age group in this video and what is important to them (at least what we are told at in recruiting conferences and workshops). There is also a strong focus on diversity (which is important to millenials).

This three and a half minute video shows you many employees and lets you hear straight from the horses mouth why they like working at Progressive. You get a great feel for the culture and the emphasis on career pathing & development. You hear about things that make them different – like the annual employee art show.

I found this on CollegeRecruiter.com as a the best recruiting video (posted 8/2008).

This short, 1 minute long video focuses on social responsibility. However, having Reba McEntire be the image and voice of the video made it seem very much like a commercial. It felt too much like I was being sold too…which instantly seems fake and not credible.

Actually, this 4 minute 28 second video is more of a branding video with a recruiting slant…not that there is any need to give it a category. It is a very nice video with Jenny Pruitt, the President of the company, and some of her clients speaking about the how the company started, what makes them great, its culture and values, etc.

My only real complaint is that this video is too long – 6 minutes and 26 seconds. This is a good recruiting video.
